Return & Exchange Policy
Sierra Designs accepts merchandise returns or exchanges within 60 days of the original receipt date and will issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid proof of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is an original sales invoice or packing slip. Please email or call us at 1.800.736.8592 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (Please have your Order ID ready or included within your email).
Return / Exchange Policy:
- All products must be returned within the original or unopened condition
- Sierra Designs will only honor returns or exchanges for orders placed on www.Sierra Designs.com
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable with the exception of defective merchandise
- All returns/exchanges must be shipped with a Return Authorization number noted
- Customer agrees to pay to ship their return to Sierra Designs, and Sierra Designs agrees to pay the return shipping cost for the exchanged product back to the customer.
- Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems
- If the returned product is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value can be substituted
- Exchange turn-around time is approximately 3-weeks
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your return
- All returns must be sent back to Sierra Designs via UPS or Fed-Ex (Please keep your tracking number for your records)
