Ultralight 0°F/-18°C You won't believe how much warmth and comfort you get from such a small package - the Nitro packs into a tiny sack (included), but stays toasty to 0 degrees. We build in Flex™ between the shoulders and knees, so you get the comfort and thermal benefits, while saving precious ounces. Continuous baffling and a draft tube contain 800-fill goose down, the warmest, lightest insulation available.

For superior comfort and heat retention, Sierra Designs incorporates Flex technology into several insulated jackets and sleeping bags.  With elastic built into the baffles of both down and synthetic jackets and bags, Flex technology hugs the body, eliminates dead air space, and keeps warm air close to the body.  And beyond just keeping you warmer, Flex jackets and sleeping bags move with you for better mobility and a more comfortable night’s sleep.

I’ve used this bag for a few multi-night ski mountaineering and ski traverses in Colorado and I love this sleeping bag. It’s super light, compressible and very warm. The fit is relatively trim (I’m 6’, 180 lbs), but still big enough to still fit a pair of boot liners and not feel restrictive while sleeping. The hood and draft collar is functional, easy to operate and nicely form fitting. My only gripe is the venting zipper in the foot box, I would prefer if it were removed to save even a few more ounces. Great product at a good price!

I used this bag on Makalu, the world's 5th tallest peak. And I used an earlier version on K2. This bag, and the whole ultra-light collection are beautiful and comfy. You can not beat their weight to warmth ratio. I think that a lot of the design elements (a fat draft tube and collar and half zip all keep the heat you generate from escaping). I have used this bag in -20F temps, night after night. You will be extremely comfortable at 0F. And at this weight, you can't find a better sleeping bag.
