Filled with their proprietary DriDown-hydrophobic-treated feathers--Sierra Designs's cold-rated Zissou is weatherproof and ultra affordable.  The draft collar is somewhat thin and lacks a dedicated cinch, but the bag packs small and is reasonably lightweight.
