The Manic has warm goose-down insulation wrapped in a polyester ripstop shell with a taffeta liner. The insulation isn't just warm-it's also non-bulky and compressible. (It comes with a stuffsack for storage.) A hem drawcord, hook-and-loop wrist closures, and an elastic hood adjustment keep snow out. The Hoody also features a Cire coating to shed rain and melting snow.
